Expertise regarding current educational issues, corporate research sponsorship, and facilities management. Extensive financial and budget management skills in complex environments including budgeting for facilities and energy management. Extensive construction experience on large and small projects. Owner and general manager of the construction of over $15M of residential and commercial properties.

 Constructed/owned approximately $20M in residential and multi-family units. Extensive experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction including mechanical, both electrical and plumbing, structural aspects, and conforming to local and State codes.

Heating and cooling system analysis for energy consumption;
